About the Role
We are looking for a driven and dynamic Forex Sales Manager to lead our forex sales team and manage corporate client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining strong client engagement in the foreign exchange and remittance segment.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the forex sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Develop new business opportunities with corporate and retail clients for forex services.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

Monitor market trends, currency fluctuations, and competitor activity to identify growth areas.

Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and company policies in all forex transactions.

Coordinate with operations and finance teams for smooth service delivery and reporting.
Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.

5–8 years of experience in forex sales, remittance, or banking, including 2+ years in a managerial role.

Strong understanding of foreign exchange markets and currency products.

Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
