About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and result-oriented Corporate Sales General Manager to lead our corporate sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing long-term business strategies, managing high-performing teams, and driving consistent revenue growth across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire corporate sales function, including strategy, planning, and execution.

Set annual and quarterly revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement across all regions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and strategic partners.

Develop and implement high-impact B2B sales strategies to expand market reach.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business goals and branding initiatives.

Mentor and guide regional sales managers to improve performance and client engagement.

Represent the company at corporate events, trade shows, and strategic business meetings.
Requirements

MBA or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.

10–15 years of experience in corporate/B2B sales with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Strong track record of achieving large-scale revenue targets and business expansion.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Proficiency in CRM software, analytics tools, and MS Office Suite.
