About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Corporate Travel Consultant to manage and coordinate travel arrangements for our corporate clients. The ideal candidate will handle flight, hotel, and ground transport bookings while ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities

Manage domestic and international travel arrangements for corporate clients.

Handle air ticketing, hotel bookings, and ground transport logistics.

Provide accurate fare quotes, travel options, and itinerary suggestions.

Ensure compliance with client travel policies and budget guidelines.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.

Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors for smooth booking execution.

Handle travel changes, cancellations, and emergency requests with efficiency.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality Management.

2–4 years of experience in corporate travel consulting or agency operations.

Hands-on knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is mandatory.

Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously.
