About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Trainee Travel Consultant to join our Corporate Travel team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to learn the end-to-end process of corporate travel operations, client handling, and booking systems under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities

Assist senior travel consultants in handling corporate travel bookings and client queries.

Support in flight, hotel, and ground transport reservations as per company policies.

Coordinate with airlines and travel partners to ensure seamless booking confirmations.

Learn and assist in using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) for travel arrangements.

Ensure accuracy in documentation, invoicing, and itinerary preparation.

Maintain excellent communication and customer service throughout the travel process.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality Management.

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in the travel industry are welcome.

Basic understanding of travel operations, bookings, and customer handling.

Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced corporate travel environment.
